Wellness Tai Chi Institute Selected to Present at Harvard Medical School’s 2026 Tai Chi Conference at Osher Center

The Wellness Tai Chi Institute is proud to announce that we have been selected to present at the 2026 Science of Tai Chi & Qigong Conference, hosted by the Osher Center for Integrative Health (a collaboration between Harvard Medical School and Brigham and Women’s Hospital).

This prestigious selection validates our unique mission: combining the authenticity of the Tai Chi Family Lineage with the rigour of modern science. President Jacky Chen, a Harvard-certified Healthcare Management Specialist, will lead the presentation, demonstrating how we operationalize the traditional arts to achieve measurable clinical outcomes.

What is Tai Chi?

Tai chi is an ancient Chinese martial art. Initially developed for combat and self-defence, for most practitioners, it has evolved into a sport and form of exercise.
